COVID-19 Prevention info - CUT

First of all, there is
no confirmed case
of coronavirus (COVID-2019) infection
at Czestochowa University of Technology campus, till now

  • 26.03.2020 - Rector's Statement

    All students who stayed in the dorms pay full fees for March 2020 and for the following months.
    Department of Student Houses prepares lists of residents who have left dormitories. On this basis accommodation contracts will be terminated and concluded without notice, due to a state of force majeure.
    Students who want to return to the dorms after the epidemic will conclude new accommodation contracts.

  • 16.03.2020 14:25  - updated information on the basis of Recror's Order nr 314/2020 (dated as 16.03.2020)
    Students (but not Erasmus nor other International Students) living in the dormitories are obliged within 48 hours of the announcement of this ordinance to check out and leave dormitories, along with their belongings, so that the rooms are completely vacant (cleared). Students (but not Erasmus nor other International Students) who have left dormitories but have left their personal belongings in their rooms are obliged within 48 hours of the announcement of this ordinance to take them in order to leave the room completely vacant (to clear the room)
  • 16.03.2020 10:50 - International Students are requested to stay in the dormitories. Only the Polish inhabitants are requested to leave the dorms.
  • 15.03.2020 - Regarding the CUT's  dormitories:

    Any social events at the Student Houses of the Częstochowa University of Technology are prohibited. The inhabitants will be subject to regulatory penalties for breaking the ban, including immediate removal from the dorm! In addition, students should stay only in their rooms without unnecessary movement around the dorms, also go outside should be kept to a minimum.

  • 12.03.2020 -the dormitory administration informed us about the new rule already implemented in all of our dormitories as follows:

    The person who will leave the dormitory for the longer period of time (i.e. not like for the fast shopping and coming back) will have no possibility to return to the dormitory any more.

  • TOTAL BAN ON VISITING RESIDENTS BY PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT ACCOMODATED IN THE CUT's DORMITORY is implemented.  Prohibition starts on 10/03/2020 till the cancellation. Ban on renting quests rooms to non-CUT students is also implemented.

If you have visited the regions with reported confirmed cases of infection in the last 14 days and you have noticed symptoms such as: fever, cough, dyspnoea and breathing problems

  • you should immediately notify a sanitary-epidemiological station via phone

Explain any doubts about your health condition by PHONE or other methods of remote consultation. DO NOT GO TO MEDICAL CLINIC or FACULTIES/LECTURES/TEACHERS or INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS OFFICE (unless you are asked to do so) or DO NOT GO TO THE HOSPITAL without prior arrangement.
