Graduates of BSc in Quality and Production Management will acquire knowledge and skills necessary to compile, enforce and refine quality systems in accordance with all international standards. Graduates will find out all the aspects of quality management system and techniques of motivation the staff of all levels for policy of the corporation. Graduates will acquire skills in the areas of designing new processes and supervising current processes and systems, and solving some organizational and technical issues. Simultaneously, graduates will required skills to manage a small and medium enterprise. You can start this course in February and it lasts for 7 semesters. You can find more information here.

You can start a programme in October. The course lasts for 7 semesters. Alumni of the Materials design and logistics degree programme of a general-academic profile, have knowledge of engineering materials (metal, ceramic, polymer and composite materials) combined with logistics knowledge. Alumni are familiar with materials manufacturing/processing technologies, the relationship between their structure and properties and testing methods. The acquired knowledge of the functioning of modern logistics systems, the basics of economic sciences, organisation and management, as well as managerial skills, allow alumni to be employed in many social and economic sectors. In addition, alumni have knowledge of how to select engineering materials for various applications and the ability to use computer-aided materials design. They are familiar not only with the theoretical foundations of logistics, but also with its practical applications and tools: computer programmes and information technology. You can find more information here.

A graduate of management has the skills necessary to manage a small to medium-sized manufacturing/service company as well as units of government administration and local government. At the same time the students obtain knowledge in the areas of economics, accounting and finance, marketing and Public Relations, which allows them to independently assess the financial position of a company and to take care of its further development, while shaping the company’s external image in cooperation with the media. Graduates are employed on positions of operational, analytical, middle and senior management in manufacturing and service companies, business units and local government, agencies, consulting and non-profit institutions, and in the areas of banking. They also gain vocational training to run their own business. Master’s courses are also open to graduates from other fields of economic sciences and those outside them. Graduates are prepared to undertake research work. You can start this course in October and it lasts for 4 semesters. You can find more information here

Graduates of this specialization will be prepared to use innovative methods and techniques in the areas of renewable sources of energy and enforce them in environment protection. Gratuates will be given opportunities to widen their knowledge and skills in use new, effective technologies of renewable sources of energy in order to take care of the natural environment. You can start this course in February and it lasts for 3 semesters. You can find more information here.

Graduates of the Modelling and Simulation in Mechanical Engineering field of study will acquire thorough preparation in the area of mechanics, machine construction, the design, manufacture and operation of machines and production systems. Specializations in automotive engineering as well as thermal and automotive engineering will provide graduates with the basics in the construction of power tools and devices as well as motor vehicles; metrology in thermal engineering; diagnostics, durability, reliability, and design of power engineering systems and thermal power stations, including the issues of energy efficiency and machine dynamics. Construction and technology-related specializations will cover the subjects of modern technological methods and preparation for constructing and designing machines, devices and equipment with the use of computer techniques. Graduates will be prepared to work in research institutions, design and construction, and technology institutes, as well as to manage and develop the production in machine industries and related enterprises. Graduates of first-cycle studies (Bachelor of Science) who subsequently continue to the second-cycle (Master of Science) degree programme will possess the necessary foundations to pursue four-year postgraduate studies. After completing their doctoral thesis, they will be conferred the title of Doctor of Technology in the field of mechanics or machine construction and operation. You can start a programme in February or in October. The course lasts for 3 semesters. You can find more information here.

In the field of Logistics students will gain knowledge of basic components of logistics processes and systems and process control shaping the physical flow of goods along with related information. In practice, this will allow future graduates, in thinking categories: system, customer service, effectiveness, total costs and oriented value and benefit. The aim of education majoring in logistics is an indication of the integrity of technical problems in management and economics. Graduates possess general knowledge and skills necessary for operational logistics management within the functional departments of operators . They know the essence of modern management organizations and policies for logistics operators . They understand the importance of system and procedural approaches in logistics, information flow control rules, financial, human and material resources, as well as the essence of logistics customer service. You can start this course in February and it lasts for 4 semesters. You can find more information here.

Computational Intelligence and Data Science specialty is addressed to candidates interested in knowledge of modern methods of artificial intelligence and, in particular, computational intelligence and its applications, e.g. the analysis of big data and data mining. The proposed subject is closely related to scientific research conducted by the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science. This ensures a professional level and topicality of classes. Obtained knowledge and experience allow working within processing statistical data including economic, marketing, medical, etc., which today is a key component of economic activity. The presented methods are also inseparable elements of modern systems processing data streams representing for example sound and image in the industrial and consumer devices. Graduates can therefore use obtained knowledge in a variety of design teams. Extremely important is also the ability to acquire experience in the use of specialized software. You can start this course in February and it lasts for 3 semesters. You can find more information here.

The aim of education on second-cycle studies in the field of study quality and production management is to gain theoretical knowledge and practical skills essential in the process of  industrial transformation 4.0, with a special focus on quality of product development, modern tools for production organization and industry 4.0 manager competences. You can start this course in February and it lasts for 3 semesters. You can find more information here.
