Erasmus+ Programme - APPLICATION PROCESS STARTS 03.03.2025

study mobility (2025/2026) and traineeship mobility (end of mobility not later than 30.06.2027)

1. 20 March 2026 12:00 midday - CANDIDATE’S APPLICATION FORM – deadline

Place of submitting applications - faculty coordinators - scanned documents needs to be sent to faculty coordinator's e-mali box.

2. 30 March -02 April 2026 - Language tests (written and oral) 

The tests will be carried out in the following languages (to be selected – according to the language of instruction at the receiving institution):

- English
- German

THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE TEST CONSISTS OF TWO PARTS:

ENGLISH LANGUAGE WRITTEN EXAM - on Moodle platform from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on 30 March 2026,

Each participant will be enrolled in the Moodle Course  by the Coordinator - Joanna Pabjańczyk-Musialska

English Language Speaking Exam : room no. JO7 at the Foreign Languages ​​Center, Dąbrowskiego Str 69 (2nd floor), 42-201 Częstochowa

         MONDAY, 30 MARCH: from 9 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.,

         TUESDAY, 31 MARCH : from 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m.,

         optional day WEDNESDAY – 1 April: from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

3. 13 April 2026 - RECRUITMENT COMMITTEE – examination of the submitted documents
