APPLICATION PROCESS SCHEDULE

Erasmus+ Programme - APPLICATION PROCESS STARTS 04.03.2024

study mobility (academic year 2024/2025) and traineeship mobility (end of mobility not later than 31.03.2025)

1. 22 March 2024 12:00 midday -CANDIDATE’S APPLICATION FORM – deadline

Place of submitting applications - faculty coordinators - scanned documents needs to be sent to faculty coordinator's e-mali box.

2. 08-12 April 2024 - Language tests (written and oral) 

The tests will be carried out in the following languages (to be selected – according to the language of instruction at the receiving institution):

- English
- German

WRITTEN exam (English language): on-line test on the PCz Moodle patform: Monday 8.IV.2024 - at 18:00-20:00

WRITTEN EXAM (German language): on-line test on the PCz Moodle platform: Monday 8.IV.2024 - 16:00-18:00

ORAL EXAM (English language): Tuesday, 9.IV.2024 - 12:00-14:00 , Wednesday, 10.IV.2024 - 12:00-14:00, and - if there are more participants: also on Thursday, 11.IV.2024 - 10:30-12:00 at SJO (Centre of Foreign Languages)

ORAL EXAM (German language): will be held in the Centre of Foreign Languages. The hours of the exam will be determined by Dr. Marlena Wilk after confirming the number of participants interested in the German exam.
