APPLICATION PROCESS SCHEDULE

Erasmus+ Programme - SUPPLEMENTARY APPLICATION PROCESS STARTS 18.10.2024

study mobility (spring term 2024/2025) and traineeship mobility (end of mobility not later than 30.06.2026)

1. 28 October 2024 12:00 midday -CANDIDATE’S APPLICATION FORM – deadline

Place of submitting applications - faculty coordinators - scanned documents needs to be sent to faculty coordinator's e-mali box.

2. 05-07 November 2024 - Language tests (written and oral) 

The tests will be carried out in the following languages (to be selected – according to the language of instruction at the receiving institution):

- English
- German

WRITTEN exam (English language): on-line test on the PCz Moodle patform; 05.11.2024 at 18:00-20:00.

WRITTEN EXAM (German language): on-line test on the PCz Moodle platform; 05.11.2024 at 15:00-17:00.

ORAL EXAM (English language): 05.11.2024 at 12:00-14:00 or 06.11.2024 at 12:00-14:00 in the Centre of Foreign Languages. Additional date 07.11.2024 at 14:00-16:00.

ORAL EXAM (German language): time to be agreed individually within 05-06.11.2024 in the Centre of Foreign Languages.

Results: 12.11.2024 after 14:00.
