FIRST CYCLE (Bachelor degree)

Documents Required During the Recruitment Process:

  1. Confirmation of recruitment fee payment
    This is a mandatory document for your application to be processed
  2. Certificate of secondary education together with grade list
  3. Confirmation that the foreign certificate allows admission to post-secondary studies (eligibility statement)
  4. Authorization of the certificate by a Board of Education in Poland
    This applies to certificates from countries outside the EU, OECD, EFTA, EOG, or those with which Poland has education agreements. This document is mandatory
  5. Apostille or legalization of the certificate together with grades list
    The apostille/legalization must be done in the issuing country. The university may request this during the recruitment process
  6. Confirmation of tuition fee payment
  7. Personal Questionnaire
    Generated in the system, printed out, and signed
  8. Request for Admission
    Generated in the system, printed out, and signed
  9. Passport Data
    Generated in the system, printed out, and signed

    Please note that an educational gap can not be longer thatn 5 years.

Documents Required After Arrival at CUT:

  1. Sworn translation of your secondary education certificate into Polish
    The translation must be either sworn or certified by a Polish consulate and include your grades list. (The university may require this document)
  2. Sworn translation of the eligibility statement into Polish
    A translation (sworn or certified by a Polish consulate) confirming that your certificate allows you to apply to a university in the issuing country. (The university may require this document)
  3. Health Insurance
    A sickness and accident insurance policy for your period of study in Poland, or a European Health Insurance Card, or an agreement with the National Health Fund
  4. Up-to-date Photo
    One recent photo (size: 35x45 mm). Write your name on the back of both the photo

SECOND CYCLE (Master Degree)

Documents Required During the Recruitment Process:

  1. Confirmation of recruitment fee payment
    This is a mandatory document for your application to be processed
  2. A first cycle studies diploma with transcript
  3. Apostille or legalization of the diploma together with transcript
    The apostille/legalization must be done in the issuing country. The university may request this during the recruitment process
  4. Confirmation of tuition fee payment
  5. Personal Questionnaire
    Generated in the system, printed out, and signed
  6. Request for Admission
    Generated in the system, printed out, and signed
  7. Passport Data
    Generated in the system, printed out, and signed

    Please note that an educational gap can not be longer thatn 5 years. 
    CGPA 60% is the minimum, unless kwalifikator.nawa.gov.pl indicates otherwise.

Documents Required After Arrival at CUT:

  1. Sworn translation of first cycle diploma together with transcript into Polish
    The translation must be either sworn or certified by a Polish consulate and include your grades list. (The university may require this document)
  2. Health Insurance
    A sickness and accident insurance policy for your period of study in Poland, or a European Health Insurance Card, or an agreement with the National Health Fund
  3. Up-to-date Photo
