New admission rules for international students starting July 1, 2025
From July 1, 2025, new regulations for the admission of international candidates to studies in Poland will come into effect.
Please read carefully the recruitment steps outlined below.
The communication system at irk.pcz.pl/en is the only official way of contact for foreign candidates applying to study at Czestochowa University of Technology.
Documents submitted via e-mail are not to be considered. The University does not send documents via e-mail as well.
Registration in the system is mandatory for all potential candidates. The system is an official communication tool. Creating a candidate profile starts the communication process.
Your personal data will be processed for recruitment purposes at Czestochowa University of Technology in accordance with the GDPR - see the Information clause
Upload in the system scans of your official educational documents (certificate, grade list, diploma, transcript, etc.)
Answer the additional questions in the “Applications” section. It is mandatory to determine the amount of the recruitment fee.

85 PLN – applies to:
candidates for second-cycle (Master’s) studies,
candidates for first-cycle (Bachelor’s) studies whose educational documents come from countries with automatic recognition: EU, OECD, EFTA, Ukraine, or China.
100 PLN – applies to:
candidates for first-cycle (Bachelor’s) studies whose educational documents come from countries outside the EU, OECD, EFTA, Ukraine, or China.
These candidates are also required to take an entrance exam.

You will have a short online interview via Microsoft Teams.
The candidate will be notified of the interview date via the irk.pcz.pl/en system.
The purpose of the interview is to briefly discuss the applicant's academic interests and motivation for applying to the program.
The entrance exam applies only to candidates for the first-cycle studies whose educational documents are not automatically recognized (outside the EU, OECD, EFTA, Ukraine, or China). You paid 100 PLN as the recruitment fee.
If your interview is accepted, you will take an entrance exam online. This will be held on a scheduled date for a group of candidates via Microsoft Teams.
Technical Tips:
- We recommend using the Microsoft Teams application and setting up an account on the platform in advance.
- Please ensure a stable internet connection.
- Candidates should have a working webcam and microphone
- We recommend checking before the meeting that you can log into Teams and that the microphone and camera are working.

If all previous steps regarding the applicant have been successfully completed, you will receive a message on the irk.pcz.pl/en system, and information about the tuition fee for the first semester will appear in the “Payments” section.
Tuition fee: 1200 EUR per semester.
STATUS QUALIFIED
If you are qualified, the status “QUALIFIED” will appear in your account—you can check your admission results in the “Admissions Applications” section.
To be admitted to the program, you must submit the original documents to the International Student Office at the Częstochowa University of Technology. If you are unable to submit the original documents, you may submit a statement committing to provide the original documents by September 25, 2026.
STATUS ADMITTED
If you have been accepted and have submitted your original documents or a statement confirming the submission of your original documents, check the status of your decision.
If your status is ADMITTED, you will find the Certificate of Admission to Studies/Decision on Admission to Studies on your profile in the irk.pcz.pl/en system.

Documents are signed electronically.
Dormitory reservation – if you indicated that you need a dormitory room, you will receive a dormitory room application in the irk.pcz.pl system
