How to apply

Registration in the system is mandatory for all potential candidates. The system is an official communication tool. Choices made at the registration stage are not binding. Creating a candidate profile starts the communication process.

• create an account - enter your email address and password
• fill in the required data and upload scans of your documents
• wait, after few days you will get notification to pay recruitment fee payment (document with bank details)

We do not verify the documents until the full amount of the application fee is credited to our account. 

• on your profile you will find bank details for payment of the application fee of 85 PLN
• make the payment according to the instructions
• attach confirmation (pdf) on your profile. We have no control over how long it takes before the aplication fee is credited to our account. It takes from a few days to more than two weeks
• when the application fee is credited to our account - the status of the fee in the system will change to "paid"

Make sure you have uploaded the required educational documents. Complete the necessary data in all tabs of the system (personal data, contact details, passport data, education data).

• we will inform you if we find that there are gaps or incomplete documents
• after such notification you will have 14 days to uplad the right documents otherwise your application will not be processed. The status of your application will change to 'rejected'
• as soon as your documents obtain the status 'accepted' you will be qualified for a Skype interview. We will inform you about the date proposed for the interview

IMPORTANT: Tuition fee account is A DIFFERENT ACCOUNT THAN APPLICATION FEE ACCOUNT.

• after the documents have been accepted and you have passed interview, you will receive a notification that there is a document on your profile for the tuition fee payment
  
  • payment: 1200 EUR/semester – studies in English, 600 EUR/semester or 850 EUR/semester  – studies in Polish (depending on the field of study)
• make the payment according to the given bank details.
• attach confirmation (pdf) on your profile. We have no control over how long it takes before the fee is credited to our account. It takes from a few days to more than two weeks.
• when the tuition fee is credited to our account - the status of the fee in the system will change to "paid"

Acceptance letter and other necessary documents will be visible on your profile up to 7 days after the payment is credited to our account.

• the documents are available as color scans in the system.
• check the admission letter for accuracy.
• if you need the original - please let us know. We will send the documents by traditional mail.
• we do not send originals by express courier.  You can order and pay for the courier yourself. In this case, remember to send us the shipping documents and let us know in advance when the package will be picked up.
