As soon as the TEACHING/WORK PROGRAMME will be established and confirmed by the faculty, we will send you an INVITATION LETTER and we will be able to book a room for you in one of ours dormitories (if needed) - more details about CUT dorms

After a mobility within the Erasmus+ Programme, the CUT faculty member responsible for the mobility fills in an internal document. This document, forwarded to the International Students Office by the faculty coordinator, provides the basis for the issuing an official document to be given to the participant (usually: by e-mail after departure).

We advise to use CUT forms.
If you are going to use forms other than given by CUT, please note that your permit required by GDPR regulations needs to be enclosed as follows: “I hereby give my consent for entering and processing my personal data, presently and in the future, by Czestochowa University of Technology (in accordance with the provisions under the Act of the 29 August 1997 -Journal of Laws number 101, item 926 with further amendments, of year 2002) for the purpose of recruitment, education process, participation and reporting within Erasmus+ KA131 Programme.” Otherwise application of yours will be not processed by CUT.
