Psychological support

Psychological consultations for students and PhD students

The Rector's Representative for Psychological Support - Małgorzata Randak - Jezierska, PhD would like to inform students and PhD students of Czestochowa University of Technology about the possibility of attending free psychological consultations. 

Consultation dates

Consultations (spring 2023/2024) in Polish are available on the following days of the week:

• Tuesday - 13:00 - 16:00 
• Wednesday - 9:00 - 11:00
• Thursday - 15:00 - 18:00 

Consultations in English are conducted by Ewelina Krzyżowska, PhD on Wednesdays (every second week) from 11:30 to 13:00.

Consultation venue

Psychological consultations take place in Room 2 in the Bliźniak Dormitory.

How to sign up

By e-mail to psycholog@pcz.pl

In justified cases, it is also possible to attend a consultation without an appointment, but in this case priority is given to those who have previously made an appointment.

Consultation services

Psychological support is provided to students and PhD students of Czestochowa University of Technology with regard to:

• interpersonal difficulties,
• educational difficulties,
• problems resulting from illness and disability,
• difficulties with academic adaptation,
• management of emotions and stress,
• development of social competences,
• time management,
• emergencies.

Regulations on psychological support for students, PhD students and employees of Czestochowa University of Technology

Psychological support is provided to employees of Czestochowa University of Technology with regard to:

• difficult relations with students and PhD students,
• work with students and PhD students with mental or physical disabilities,
• occupational burnout,
• problematic situations,
• problems related to self-acceptance, self-confidence, assertiveness, stress management,
• interpersonal and social relationships,
• relationship difficulties with close people.

Online psychotherapeutic support

The Students' Parliament of the Republic of Poland would like to inform students that within the framework of the project commissioned by the Minister of Education and Science called Comfort Zone PSRP students can benefit from individual psychotherapeutic counselling provided online.

The Students' Parliament of the Republic of Poland, acting on behalf of the Ministry of Education and Science, has extended its Comfort Zone programme to include refugees from Ukraine, for more information see the Ukrainian-language version of the project website.
