Refund policy

Tuition fees are refundable if a foreigner:

1. has been refused a visa or other document authorizing legal residence in the territory of the Republic of Poland, or
2. has resigned from studying due to health reasons confirmed by a medical certificate or other important and documented reasons, or
3. has been granted a leave of absence from classes or has been granted another break in the course of study under the rules and procedure laid down in the study regulations.

Please note:

• in case of visa refusal or in the event that the program is not launched the tuition fee refund will be possible only after the semester has officially started
• the bank transfer costs is on the candidate's side (if required by bank)
• we refund money only to the account from which your transfer was made; please remember that refund procedures may take time
